Summer is here, and as a chiropractor that means I will be seeing people with back pain from gardening, people with headaches from allergies, people who hurt themselves coughing and sneezing (really, seriously), and all sorts of sports injuries as weekend warriors and people with little kids try to keep up and act young.

Get out there and enjoy the warm weather, or HOT weather. As we all know, in Maryland it seems like Winter ends and then before Spring really gets a chance to settle in it is suddenly hot and humid and Summer is here.

If you’ve been feeling a bit achy and sore all Winter and Spring long then why not get a head start on the many bumps, falls, strains and injuries that Summer may bring by coming on in for an adjustment sooner rather than later. Being well adjusted and checked by a chiropractor is a good way to make sure you are in peak physical form when you go out and swim, jump, and generally get more activity and exercise than in the other 9 months combined.
