Drink Water for Low Back Pain? Yeah.

Water is good for you. We all know this.

Your spinal discs in your low back get their nutrients from tiny arteries. When you do not drink enough water, your discs cannot get adequate nutrients via those tiny capillaries. A spinal disc that gets nutrients and is otherwise cared for with a well-watered diet will help ensure that your spinal discs do  not dry out and crack and bulge or herniate but instead stay nice and supple and healthy.

This post is short and sweet because that’s all it needs to be. If you drink less water than A LOT, then drink some more. If you think it tastes bad, then think again…it doesn’t taste like anything, silly.
